Returns
  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
  • Beauty, skincare, makeup, and personal care items
  • Hair tools and accessories once used
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
